George gore

Founder | Lead Sports Therapist

George is a highly experienced Sports Therapist who has spent his career working in elite sport and private practice, helping clients overcome pain, recover from injury and return to performing at their best. Having worked within professional football at Southampton FC and alongside leading practitioners at the highest level of the game, he brings elite-level standards of care to every patient he treats.

Over the years, George has helped everyone from professional athletes to busy professionals and active individuals regain confidence in their bodies and get back to doing what they love. His clients have included England's No.1 female marathon runner and professional MMA fighter Alex Reid, but his approach remains the same regardless of who is on the treatment table: identify the root cause, provide the right treatment, and deliver lasting results.

George specialises in sports injuries, persistent pain, rehabilitation and performance optimisation, with a particular focus on combining hands-on treatment with structured rehabilitation to restore movement, build resilience and reduce the risk of future injury. Rather than simply chasing symptoms, his approach is centred around understanding why the problem developed in the first place and creating a clear plan to achieve long-term recovery.

Known for his attention to detail and results-driven approach, George takes pride in providing honest advice and individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, struggling with ongoing pain or looking to optimise your performance, his aim is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger and get back to living life without limitations.

As the founder of George Gore Sports Therapy, George is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and ensuring every client receives the expertise, support and guidance needed to achieve lasting results.
