Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester, George has built his expertise within professional football, including working at Southampton FC and alongside leading practitioners at the highest level of the game. His experience in these high-performance environments allows him to bring elite-level standards of care into every session.
George has worked with a wide range of clients — from professional athletes to everyday individuals — including England’s No.1 female marathon runner and MMA fighter Alex Reid. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, ongoing pain, or looking to optimise performance, his focus is always the same: identify the root cause, treat it effectively, and deliver long-term results.

Alongside her work in football, Elisha provides a range of soft tissue and manual therapy treatments including Injury Assessment, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She is also qualified in fire cupping, acupuncture, and dry needling, allowing her to offer a wide range of effective treatment options.

Michael is a qualified physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, helping you reduce pain, restore movement, and get back to doing what you enjoy.
With experience working in both elite sport and clinical rehabilitation settings — including Oxford Quins Rugby Club and the Flint House Police Rehabilitation Centre — Michael brings a strong, evidence-based approach to injury treatment and recovery. He also holds additional qualifications in Sports Massage and PHICIS pitchside care, allowing him to combine hands-on treatment with structured rehabilitation for the best possible results.
