With a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester and over eight years immersed in elite sport, George Gore is a recognised leader in his field. His experience spans the high-pressure world of Premier League football, including a significant tenure at Southampton FC, and mentorship under the esteemed Manchester City physio Steve Sparks.
George has helped many clients, from top-tier athletes to everyday movers, including England's No. 1 female marathon runner and MMA fighter Alex Reid. His approach blends clinical precision with elite-level insight, honed from working alongside renowned coaches like Mauricio Pochettino and treating athletes across disciplines such as rugby, tennis, and bodybuilding.
Michael Gallagher
Senior Physiotherapist
Michael is a qualified physiotherapist with a strong musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation foundation, shaped through his work with Oxford Quins Rugby Club and the Flint House Police Rehabilitation Centre. He also holds additional qualifications in Sports Massage and PHICIS pitchside care, reinforcing his hands-on and holistic approach to recovery.
He thrives on helping individuals regain movement, strength, and confidence, whether they are aiming to return to sport, work, or improve everyday function. An avid sports enthusiast (and loyal Middlesbrough fan), Michael brings a warm, relatable energy to the clinic and is dedicated to evidence-based care and long-term results.

Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation
Elisha graduated from the University of Kent in 2025 with a degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation and brings over 3.5 years of hands-on experience working in football. She is currently in her 4th season with Worthing FC Men’s First Team and her 2nd season with Millwall FC Academy, supporting athletes with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to performance.
Alongside her work in football, Elisha provides a range of soft tissue and manual therapy treatments including Injury Assessment, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She is also qualified in fire cupping, acupuncture, and dry needling, allowing her to offer a wide range of effective treatment options.
Elisha takes a personalised approach to treatment, helping every client move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.
Aaron Biddle

Aaron brings a wealth of clinic and on-field experience to the team, working in private practice and high-level sporting environments. His portfolio includes working with elite-level performers like a youth Team GB gymnast and a ranked tennis professional, helping them recover and return to winning form.
With a strong foundation in injury management and an athlete's mindset, Aaron understands rehabilitation's physical and psychological challenges. Calm, focused, and outcome-driven, he's committed to supporting each client through every stage of recovery. Away from the clinic, he's a dedicated football fan, regularly following Bristol City — home and away.
